The final cost depends mainly on complexity - the number of features, the sophistication of the UX/UI design and the need to integrate with external systems. We start the estimate with joint workshops and an analysis of your goals, which lets us precisely gauge the effort and prepare a detailed, transparent offer.
We carry out all projects on a fixed-price basis, which means that the scope of work, schedule, and budget are clearly defined and approved before we begin working together. This ensures that you know the total cost of the project and the planned implementation date from the very start.
Yes, every app generates maintenance costs - server fees, domains, security certificates and possible licenses for external services (e.g. maps, push notifications). We offer support and growth packages covering essential updates and ensuring smooth operation.
Once all payments are settled, you - the client - become the sole owner of the economic copyright to the source code and all project documentation. We ensure a full transfer of rights, giving you freedom to keep developing the product.
The first version (MVP) can be built in as little as 30 days. More complex projects requiring advanced features and integrations usually take 3 to 6 months. Thanks to React Native we can speed this up significantly, since we write a single codebase for both platforms (iOS and Android) at once.
To start, your general app idea is enough. We'll refine the rest during the first meetings and analysis workshops. Your involvement is key at the goal-definition and design stage, where we'll need your feedback and approval of the proposed solutions.
We understand needs can evolve. Our agile process allows flexible responses to change. Minor modifications we implement on the fly. For larger changes that may affect the schedule or budget, we analyze their impact and present an updated estimate for approval before we proceed.
We focus on transparent collaboration. You'll have a dedicated project manager as your main point of contact. We hold regular meetings (e.g. weekly or biweekly) to present progress and discuss next steps, so you always know where your project stands.
You're a key part of the team. Your role matters most at the start, during analysis and design, where we jointly define the product vision. During development you'll regularly join meetings and test delivered versions to make sure the final product meets your expectations 100%.
Quality is our priority, so our process includes rigorous quality and security testing. We run both manual and automated tests at various stages of development to eliminate bugs and ensure the app is stable, performant and secure for users.
We use React Native because it lets us build performant iOS and Android apps faster and cheaper. The technology works great in 95% of projects. Its limits may show in apps requiring very intensive graphics (e.g. advanced 3D games) or the newest, niche system features - in such cases we always tell you openly and propose suitable solutions.
