Service Recipient – any natural person obtaining access to the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.

Communication by Electronic Means – communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and the contact forms available on the website.
General Provisions

The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the functioning and use of the Service and define the scope of the rights and obligations of the Service Recipients and the Service Provider relating to the use of the Service.

The subject of the Service Provider’s services is the provision of free-of-charge tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.

Any content, articles and information bearing the characteristics of tips or advice published within the Service constitute merely a general body of information and are not directed at individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the use thereof by Service Recipients.

The Service Recipient assumes full responsibility for the manner in which the materials made available within the Service are used, including their use in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Service Recipients of the Service or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risk associated with the use of the Service, and in particular with the use and exploitation of the information placed in the Service, shall be borne by the Service Recipient using the services of the Service.
Terms of Use of the Service

The use of the Service by each Service Recipient is free of charge and voluntary.

Service Recipients are obliged to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions and the other documents constituting an integral part thereof, and must accept their provisions in full in order to continue using the Service.

Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained within the Service for marketing purposes.

any web browser that renders web pages in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports websites made available in the HTML5 language,

In order to ensure the security of the Service Provider, the Service Recipient and other Service Recipients using the Service, all Service Recipients using the Service should comply with the generally accepted principles of online security,

The following actions, performed personally by Service Recipients or by means of software, are prohibited:

without written consent, the decompilation and analysis of the source code,

without written consent, actions causing excessive load on the Service’s server,

without written consent, attempts to detect vulnerabilities in the security of the Service and in the server configuration,

attempts to upload or inject onto the server and into the database any code, scripts and software capable of causing harm to the Service’s software, other Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
-
attempts to upload or inject onto the server and into the database any code, scripts and software capable of tracking or stealing the data of Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
-
undertaking any actions intended to damage or block the operation of the Service or to prevent the achievement of the purpose for which the Service operates.

In the event that a Cybersecurity incident or a breach of the GDPR is detected, or there is a potential possibility of such an occurrence, Service Recipients should, in the first instance, report this fact to the Service Provider in order to promptly remedy the problem / threat and safeguard the interests of all Service Recipients of the Service.
Terms of Provision of the Newsletter Service

Service Recipients may use the Service without the need to subscribe to the Newsletter.

Subscription to the Newsletter service is voluntary.

notification of promotional campaigns of the Service’s partners (Marketing messages),

Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:

Every Service Recipient subscribed to the Newsletter service has the ability to unsubscribe from the Service on their own.

Service Recipients may do so via the link included in each e-mail message sent.

Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided e-mail address from the Service Provider’s database.

Terms of Communication and Provision of Other Services within the Service

Collection of Data about Service Recipients
In order to ensure the proper provision of services by the Service, to safeguard the legal interest of the Service Provider, and to ensure that the operation of the Service complies with the applicable law, the Service Provider, through the Service, collects and processes certain data about Users.
In order to ensure the proper provision of services, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous information about the Service Recipient in cookie files.
The scope, purposes, manner and rules of data processing are available in the appendices to the Terms and Conditions: “GDPR Information Obligation” and in the “Privacy Policy”, constituting an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

The owner of the Service and of the copyright to the service is the Service Provider.

Some of the data placed in the Service is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, not connected in any way with the Service Provider, and is used on the basis of obtained licences or licences based on a free-of-charge licence.

Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in retrieval systems – with the exception of the Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn search engines – any articles, descriptions, photographs and any other content, graphic, video or audio materials located in the Service, without the written consent, or consent provided by means of Communication by Electronic Means, of their legal owner.

In accordance with the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, simple press information – understood as the information itself, without the commentary and assessment of its author – is not subject to protection. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from the texts placed in the service, but not the copying of all or part of the articles, unless this has been indicated in the particular material made available in the Service.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

All provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended at any time by the Service Provider, without stating reasons.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions enter into force immediately upon their publication.

It is deemed that every Service Recipient who continues to use the Service after an amendment to the Terms and Conditions accepts it in full.
Final Provisions

The Service Provider shall make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered on a continuous basis. However, it shall bear no liability for disruptions caused by force majeure or by unlawful interference of Service Recipients, third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend any information placed in the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider, without the need to provide prior notice to Service Recipients using the services of the Service.

The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, fully or partially shut down the Service for the purpose of improving it, adding services or carrying out maintenance, without prior notice thereof to Service Recipients.

The Service Provider reserves the right to shut down the Service permanently, without prior notice thereof to Service Recipients.

The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in part or in full, all of its rights and obligations associated with the Service, without the consent of Service Recipients and without the possibility for them to raise any objections.
